What to check before signing up

• Check whether registration and play are allowed in your current location. Duelbits prohibits location masking used to bypass a restriction.
• Open My Rewards and check which Rookie Rush version applies, how it activates, which games qualify and when it expires.

Operator and regulation

Duelbits launched in 2020. Liquid Entertainment N.V. owns and operates it, while its wholly owned Cyprus subsidiary, Herpestidae Services Limited, handles payment, management and support services.

The current regulatory reference is Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1507/0838. Some older copy still names the former 365/JAZ framework, but that isn't the current licence position. The certificate was active when checked.

Casino catalogue and count scope

The signed-in interface recorded 4,963 complete search results, 4,219 slots, 611 live games and 14 Originals. These counters cover different, overlapping views, so don't add them together as a larger total.

Blackjack, roulette, game shows and jackpots overlap broader casino or live categories. Claims such as over 5,000 games and 3,500+ Bitcoin slots use a different, rounded count. Provider filters show listed inventory, but they don't guarantee that every game will open in every country or account.

• The live selector listed 5 entries, and their displayed counts add up to 611.
• After removing the duplicate Evolution label, the slot and live selectors showed 95 unique provider labels.

Originals, RTP and fairness

Fourteen Original cards appeared in the lobby, although the longer page copy repeatedly said 12. Card RTP ranged from 85% for Lottery to 99.44% for Mines. General copy also claimed a 1% edge for Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines and Roulette. That doesn't match card values such as 95% for Crash, 99.12% for Plinko and 93.33% for Roulette.

Duelbits published game-specific verification methods for ten Original formats. Scratch Cards, Lottery and Tap Trading had no dedicated section. That's a gap in the public documentation, not evidence that the games have no internal fairness controls. No completed round was independently recalculated.

• Most documented games use a committed server seed, a client seed controlled by the player and a nonce.
• Crash and Moonshot use a client seed derived from a Bitcoin block and a five-million-link server-seed hash chain.

Welcome offers and bonus controls

Duelbits published two substantially different Rookie Rush offers. The promotions hub required a first deposit of at least $20 and advertised up to 250 free spins, with 25 spins at $50, 125 at $250 and 250 at $500. That same page contradicted itself on whether activation was manual or automatic.

The slots page still advertised 500 free spins plus a $100 sports free bet, split into stages of 50, 200 and 250 spins. Its linked detail page was unavailable during the dated check. Rely on the version displayed and activated in My Rewards for your account.

Ace's Lounge is an automatic loyalty ladder. It starts at Rookie and runs through 30 named levels. The first named level requires $1,000 in cumulative eligible wagering, while the last published threshold is $1 billion. Smaller milestones let players claim rewards before finishing a full level.

Instant, daily, weekly and monthly Bits depend on eligible wagering and the game's calculated house edge. They aren't flat percentages of raw turnover. The separate premium VIP Club is invitation-only and may include a host, tailored rewards, higher cashback or rakeback and priority support.

• Instant Bits use 10% of the calculated house edge from eligible wagers.
• Daily, weekly and monthly Bits each use 5% of the calculated house edge from eligible wagers.
• Sportsbook rewards assume a 1% house edge.
• Duelbits doesn't publish fixed release times, ready-reward expiry, a reload calendar or a universal lossback formula.
• Invitation-only VIP benefits and rates are individual. Progressing through the normal ladder doesn't guarantee them.

Crypto cashier and withdrawals

The signed-in cashier listed 14 assets: ETH, BTC, LTC, SOL, TRUMP, DOGE, XRP, BNB, APE, TRX, SHIB, DAI, USDC and USDT. For some assets, you must choose a network before the address, minimum and fee appear.

Values shown before submission are dated quotes, not fixed terms. The cashier gave no universal maximum withdrawal, guaranteed processing time or confirmation-count table. ApeCoin was temporarily unavailable during the later check.

General support is available by 24/7 live chat and email. Duelbits doesn't describe its social channels as formal complaint routes.

Start a complaint with support. If it isn't resolved, use the formal Player Complaints Policy process, then escalate it to the Curaçao Gaming Authority if needed. Duelbits doesn't publish a guaranteed chat response time, a fixed deadline for player complaints or a complete list of support languages.

• The three-to-five-business-day response target for security researchers isn't a service level for player support.

Final verdict

Duelbits brings together a broad casino lobby, sportsbook, 14 cashier assets and a 30-level loyalty ladder. Its clearest disclosures are the interface counts, reward calculations, fairness methods and crypto fees shown before submission. Consistency is the bigger problem. Welcome terms conflict, some Originals copy disagrees with the live cards, and several withdrawal details depend on the account and network. Before signing up, check that your location is eligible, then confirm the live promotion card, selected coin and network, current cashier values and any KYC request.
