Duelbits review

Short verdict

Who this casino may suit

Duelbits puts a large casino lobby, a broad sportsbook and published fairness methods for most in-house games under one account. There are some clear reasons to pause. Its welcome-offer pages disagree, several Originals have conflicting RTP or house-edge figures, and the restricted-location list is extensive. Public information on withdrawal maximums and timing is also incomplete. Before funding an account, check the exact offer, asset network, fee, limit and verification requirement shown to you.

This answer applies to the dated record below, not every country, account or cashier state. Check current operator terms and the value shown in your account before registering or sending funds. Read the evidence-state method if a field is source-limited, conflicting or unknown.

Record scope

This review uses official public material and limited signed-in interface observations available through 2026-07-26. No deposit, wager, withdrawal, support request, identity check or self-exclusion action was completed. Account-specific eligibility, limits and processing times weren't confirmed where noted.

Before sending money: check the payment route and check country restrictions.

If something changes: use the correction instructions. For limits, breaks and self-exclusion, read the responsible gambling guide.

What to check before signing up

  • Check whether registration and play are allowed in your current location. Duelbits prohibits location masking used to bypass a restriction.
  • Open My Rewards and check which Rookie Rush version applies, how it activates, which games qualify and when it expires.
  • Match the asset and network before sending crypto. Check whether the transfer also needs a memo or destination tag.
  • Read the live withdrawal minimum, estimated fee and any account-specific limit before submitting your request.
  • You must normally wager at least 10% of each deposit before withdrawing. Be ready for earlier or additional verification under the risk controls.
  • Check the RTP in the game panel rather than relying on general Originals copy when the figures disagree.
  • Turn on two-factor authentication and store the recovery information securely.
  • Read each promotion page for contribution, maximum-bet, expiry and restricted-game rules. Duelbits doesn't publish one universal bonus table.

Operator and regulation

Duelbits launched in 2020. Liquid Entertainment N.V. owns and operates it, while its wholly owned Cyprus subsidiary, Herpestidae Services Limited, handles payment, management and support services.

The current regulatory reference is Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1507/0838. Some older copy still names the former 365/JAZ framework, but that isn't the current licence position. The certificate was active when checked.

  • The terms apply Curaçao law.
  • Court proceedings are assigned to Curaçao.
  • The operator's terms set a one-year filing limit for claims. Liability caps are tied to either the disputed stake or the net funds in the account.

Eligibility and registration

You can register with email, Google, Steam, Telegram or MetaMask. The rules allow one account per player and ban selling, transferring, gifting or letting a third party use it.

Restricted locations include the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Singapore and several sanctioned or Dutch Caribbean territories. Those are only examples from a longer list. Duelbits also prohibits location masking.

  • Check local eligibility before registering or depositing.
  • Don't use a VPN or proxy to get around a location block.
  • Enter any referral or promotion code during registration or within 24 hours after creating the account.

Casino catalogue and count scope

The signed-in interface recorded 4,963 complete search results, 4,219 slots, 611 live games and 14 Originals. These counters cover different, overlapping views, so don't add them together as a larger total.

Blackjack, roulette, game shows and jackpots overlap broader casino or live categories. Claims such as over 5,000 games and 3,500+ Bitcoin slots use a different, rounded count. Provider filters show listed inventory, but they don't guarantee that every game will open in every country or account.

  • The slot selector listed 91 provider entries.
  • The live selector listed 5 entries, and their displayed counts add up to 611.
  • After removing the duplicate Evolution label, the slot and live selectors showed 95 unique provider labels.
  • The slot page said more than 120 Megaways games were available.

Originals, RTP and fairness

Fourteen Original cards appeared in the lobby, although the longer page copy repeatedly said 12. Card RTP ranged from 85% for Lottery to 99.44% for Mines. General copy also claimed a 1% edge for Crash, Dice, Plinko, Mines and Roulette. That doesn't match card values such as 95% for Crash, 99.12% for Plinko and 93.33% for Roulette.

Duelbits published game-specific verification methods for ten Original formats. Scratch Cards, Lottery and Tap Trading had no dedicated section. That's a gap in the public documentation, not evidence that the games have no internal fairness controls. No completed round was independently recalculated.

  • Most documented games use a committed server seed, a client seed controlled by the player and a nonce.
  • Crash and Moonshot use a client seed derived from a Bitcoin block and a five-million-link server-seed hash chain.
  • A provably fair check can show whether a committed result changed after the wager. It can't validate RTP copy or remove the house edge.
  • Use the current game-card RTP and the rules for that specific game when deciding whether to play.

Welcome offers and bonus controls

Duelbits published two substantially different Rookie Rush offers. The promotions hub required a first deposit of at least $20 and advertised up to 250 free spins, with 25 spins at $50, 125 at $250 and 250 at $500. That same page contradicted itself on whether activation was manual or automatic.

The slots page still advertised 500 free spins plus a $100 sports free bet, split into stages of 50, 200 and 250 spins. Its linked detail page was unavailable during the dated check. Rely on the version displayed and activated in My Rewards for your account.

  • The sports welcome offer must be activated. It requires five times wagering of the deposit and at least four bet slips at minimum odds of 1.50.
  • Duelbits states that the sports free bet remains valid for seven days after crediting.
  • Duelbits doesn't publish a universal casino bonus contribution table or maximum bonus bet.
  • Its bonus-abuse rules cover duplicate accounts, matched betting, minimal-risk play and arbitrage.

VIP progression and rewards

Ace's Lounge is an automatic loyalty ladder. It starts at Rookie and runs through 30 named levels. The first named level requires $1,000 in cumulative eligible wagering, while the last published threshold is $1 billion. Smaller milestones let players claim rewards before finishing a full level.

Instant, daily, weekly and monthly Bits depend on eligible wagering and the game's calculated house edge. They aren't flat percentages of raw turnover. The separate premium VIP Club is invitation-only and may include a host, tailored rewards, higher cashback or rakeback and priority support.

  • Instant Bits use 10% of the calculated house edge from eligible wagers.
  • Daily, weekly and monthly Bits each use 5% of the calculated house edge from eligible wagers.
  • Sportsbook rewards assume a 1% house edge.
  • Duelbits doesn't publish fixed release times, ready-reward expiry, a reload calendar or a universal lossback formula.
  • Invitation-only VIP benefits and rates are individual. Progressing through the normal ladder doesn't guarantee them.

Crypto cashier and withdrawals

The signed-in cashier listed 14 assets: ETH, BTC, LTC, SOL, TRUMP, DOGE, XRP, BNB, APE, TRX, SHIB, DAI, USDC and USDT. For some assets, you must choose a network before the address, minimum and fee appear.

Values shown before submission are dated quotes, not fixed terms. The cashier gave no universal maximum withdrawal, guaranteed processing time or confirmation-count table. ApeCoin was temporarily unavailable during the later check.

  • You must normally wager at least 10% of every deposit before withdrawing.
  • Withdrawals normally go back to the original payment method or wallet.
  • Network congestion, security checks and compliance review can slow crypto withdrawals.
  • Funds sent over an unsupported network may be unrecoverable.
  • Gift-card purchases go through a third party and may carry a fee.

KYC and account security

Enhanced identity checks generally apply once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach XCG 4,000, stated as approximately EUR 2,000. Under the risk policy, though, Duelbits can request verification earlier or at any threshold. It may ask for proof of identity, address, payment ownership, source of funds or source of wealth.

The account has email verification and optional two-factor authentication. In the signed-in security view, password changes and disabling two-factor authentication both required a six-digit code. The review didn't capture session lists, device history, passkeys, an anti-phishing phrase or a withdrawal-address whitelist.

  • Low deposit turnover can trigger more checks.
  • A lost wallet, deactivated address or delisted token may require enhanced verification before Duelbits approves another withdrawal route.
  • Duelbits uses automated blockchain-risk screening and prohibits coin mixing.
  • The account holder is responsible for login credentials and two-factor recovery information.

Sportsbook and prediction markets

The main sportsbook list had 37 named sports and virtual-sport categories. It included pre-match and live betting, cash-out on eligible markets, same-game parlays, early payouts, outrights and futures. Esports and racing sit in separate areas.

PREDICT uses the same account and wallet for event-based markets covering sport, politics, culture, crypto, gaming, world affairs and finance. Treat it as a gambling prediction product, not an investor-protected exchange.

  • Cash-out and early payout apply only to eligible markets.
  • Live pictures and score feeds may be delayed or wrong.
  • Duelbits may void a wager affected by an obvious pricing, software, live-dealer or human error and return the original stake.
  • Duelbits doesn't publish one sportsbook maximum win. Limits may vary by event, market, currency, account and risk.

Support and complaints

General support is available by 24/7 live chat and email. Duelbits doesn't describe its social channels as formal complaint routes.

Start a complaint with support. If it isn't resolved, use the formal Player Complaints Policy process, then escalate it to the Curaçao Gaming Authority if needed. Duelbits doesn't publish a guaranteed chat response time, a fixed deadline for player complaints or a complete list of support languages.

  • Keep the issue details, transaction references and support replies.
  • The three-to-five-business-day response target for security researchers isn't a service level for player support.
  • Read the terms on filing deadlines and liability limits before funding an account.

Responsible gambling and mobile access

You can request self-exclusion through live chat or email. The published periods are one week, one month, six months and permanent, after an initial 24-hour cooling-off period. Once confirmed, an exclusion can't be shortened or reversed. Linked replacement accounts are also subject to closure.

At a 390 by 844 viewport, the promotions page kept its tabs and fixed bottom navigation for Menu, Search, Casino, Predict, Sports and Chat. The review didn't test the cashier layout, game rendering or installability at that viewport.

  • Duelbits may need to verify account ownership before applying an exclusion.
  • Remaining funds are returned manually after the required checks.
  • Cash out active bets where possible. Otherwise, settlement may need manual handling.
  • The review didn't confirm a separate official mobile app.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • The main casino, slot, live and Originals views show precise interface counters.
  • The live-provider filter counts add up exactly to the displayed 611-game live total.
  • Most Originals have game-specific fairness documentation with methods that can be reproduced.
  • For supported selections, the cashier shows network-specific withdrawal minimums and estimated fees before submission.
  • Ace's Lounge makes clear that rewards depend on calculated house edge, not a flat return on turnover.
  • The complaint route runs from support to formal review and then regulatory escalation.

Cons

  • Two official pages show substantially different Rookie Rush offers, and the activation wording also conflicts.
  • The Originals count and several RTP or house-edge statements don't match across current cards and explanatory copy.
  • Duelbits doesn't publish universal withdrawal maximums, confirmation counts or guaranteed processing times.
  • KYC may be requested before the generally stated enhanced-check threshold.
  • The restricted-location list is extensive, and attempts to bypass it may lead to account action.
  • Three Original formats have no dedicated public game-specific verifier section.

Final verdict

Duelbits brings together a broad casino lobby, sportsbook, 14 cashier assets and a 30-level loyalty ladder. Its clearest disclosures are the interface counts, reward calculations, fairness methods and crypto fees shown before submission. Consistency is the bigger problem. Welcome terms conflict, some Originals copy disagrees with the live cards, and several withdrawal details depend on the account and network. Before signing up, check that your location is eligible, then confirm the live promotion card, selected coin and network, current cashier values and any KYC request.
