What to check before signing up

• Start by confirming residential eligibility and local law. The restricted list includes the United States, the United Kingdom, several European jurisdictions and other named territories.
• Before sending funds, check the selected deposit and withdrawal route for minimums, maximums, network fees, confirmations and destination compatibility.
• Expect to turn over 100% of every deposit before withdrawing. This is separate from any promotional wagering requirement.
• Do not assume there is a standard welcome bonus. The public promotion list does not show one universal first-deposit package, although account-specific rewards may still appear.
• Read the current reward calendar. The wording for Daily Bonus and the Vault has changed, and account schedules can expire.

Raw Entertainment B.V., company number 157205, operates Roobet under Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence OGL/2024/687/0427. Raw Entertainment Ltd in Cyprus handles fiat payments and other operating functions. It is not shown as a separate gambling licensee.

The published terms apply Curaçao law and tell players to contact support first. If a dispute is still unresolved after 30 days, the stated next step is arbitration before litigation. A later check could not revalidate the current terms, arbitration venue or any independent dispute route. Check those details before relying on them.

Restricted territories and account rules

Roobet's restricted list includes Aruba, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Gibraltar, Haiti, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, North Korea, Ontario, Portugal, Saba, Saint Maarten, Saint Martin, South Sudan, Spain, Statia, Syria, Sweden, the United States, the United Kingdom, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

Players must follow local law even outside that list. A VPN does not make a restricted player eligible, and hiding a restricted location can lead to account action. Roobet allows one account unless it gives written consent. Players must also report another account used from the same household, device, IP address or connection.

Casino catalogue and counting caveats

Roobet advertises more than 7,000 casino games, more than 6,500 slots and more than 500 live rooms. These are broad operator claims, not figures from one deduplicated lobby counter.

The slot filter listed 84 providers, and their displayed counters added up to 7,316 assignments. That total may include catalogue metadata, supplier variants and titles whose availability depends on the region. It is not a guaranteed count of unique slots, and it should not be added to counts from other categories.

One loaded state of the live page exposed 115 unique routes. That is not the full live catalogue. It also does not disprove the 500-plus room claim because the two figures use different counting bases.

Roobet Originals and result verification

The Roobet Games category has 12 titles: Crash, Blackjack, Limbo, Dice, Mission Uncrossable, Keno, Mines, Plinko, Roulette, Slide, Towers and Coinflip. They do not all use the same result model.

Most single-player titles use server seeds, player-controlled client seeds and nonces. Crash uses a chain of two million seeds plus a future cryptocurrency block hash. Coinflip combines inputs from both participants with a future EOS block. Blackjack also uses an actions hash.

The fairness material explains how results are committed in advance and reproduced afterward. However, the later review did not find a complete recorded round or fixed worked example for an independent replay. The verifier cannot prove an advertised long-run return from a short session. Roobet also publishes no common RTP or bonus-contribution table for all 12 games.

• Roobet publishes numeric bet and maximum-profit limits for nine titles, but not in the same format for Blackjack, Limbo or Slide.

Rewards, Vault and VIP

Every registered player enters the standard rewards system, which is separate from the invitation-only VIP Club. The public ladder contains 31 positions when Beginner is counted. The policy calls it a 30-level system because Beginner is the starting point before the 30 wagered levels.

Instant Rakeback is claimable every 30 minutes. Half becomes spendable, while the other half goes into the Vault. Daily, weekly and monthly rewards each follow their own reset and unlock schedule. Each player's reward calculation is personalized and may reflect activity, deposits, withdrawals, streaks and game choice. Roobet publishes no universal cashback percentage.

There is a real wording conflict around reward timing. Earlier policy text says unclaimed Daily Rakeback expires when the next daily reward appears. Later guidance says Daily Bonus can build up for as long as 72 hours. Vault releases may expire after 24 hours, and the calendar differs by account. Follow the schedule shown after signing in.

There is no public VIP application or guaranteed wagering threshold. Invitations, cashback, events, gifts and other benefits are discretionary and personalized.

• Refunded, voided and cancelled bets do not count toward level progress.

Promotions, raffle and Rain

Roobet does not publish a universal first-deposit match or welcome package. Its public offers are tied to individual casino, sportsbook, raffle, VIP or partnership campaigns. Wagering rates, maximum promotional bets and cashout caps must come from the terms of the specific offer, not the general bonus policy.

The weekly raffle usually shares $100,000 among 100 winning tickets. Qualified settled wagers normally earn one ticket for every $1,000 wagered, while a selected game may earn two tickets per $1,000. The featured game and event dates change, so do not assume the same prize amount for every future draw.

Rain eligibility is described differently across Roobet pages. Current Chat Rain guidance requires $250 in wagering during the previous 48 hours. Depositor promo codes have a separate seven-day deposit-or-wager condition. Older general-policy wording placed a seven-day deposit condition beside Rain. Keep these rules separate until Roobet reconciles the current general policy.

• Sponsored funds do not earn raffle tickets, and sponsored influencers cannot win.
• RooSpins and promotional Bonus Buys usually expire after seven days unless the offer says otherwise.
• General bonus claims expire after 30 days unless the individual offer sets a different period.

Deposits, crypto networks and withdrawals

Roobet names 11 cryptocurrencies and supports fiat or cash methods in eligible regions. Players must wager an amount equal to 100% of every deposit before withdrawing. This is a 1x turnover rule, separate from bonus wagering. A received tip has its own requirement: 30% of the tip must be wagered before withdrawal.

The Terms charge 1% on successful fiat deposits. The tenth fiat withdrawal in a rolling 30-day period, and every one after it, carries a 2% fee. Roobet says it charges no operator fee for crypto withdrawals, but the player still pays a variable blockchain network fee.

The captured deposit routes required between one and 20 confirmations, depending on the asset and chain. The later review did not capture a signed-in withdrawal quote. There is also no lasting public table of current crypto minimums, maximums, fees, confirmation requirements or timing for every route. Use the final quote in the cashier.

• Sending crypto to a wrong or incompatible address or network can cause permanent loss.
• Fiat withdrawals normally return through the deposit method. If that route is unavailable, the player must prove ownership of the replacement method.
• Roobet may reject multiple pending crypto withdrawals and replace them with one combined request.

Transaction and gameplay monitoring may lead Roobet to restrict deposits, withdrawals or other services until verification is complete. It may report suspicious activity to the Curaçao Financial Intelligence Unit.

Roobet offers pre-match and live betting, singles, parlays, Bet Builder, live tracking and cash-out when available. Its direct sections cover mainstream sports, esports and virtual sports. Predictions is a separate product, so its settlement rules should not be treated as sportsbook rules.

The minimum sportsbook stake is $1. Published maximum stakes range from $10 to $200,000 depending on the market, and winning payouts are capped at $500,000. Cancelling a bet at the player's request can cost up to 20% of the original stake. Cancellation is not available after the event starts.

A cash-out value can change or disappear before it is accepted. Accepting it also removes any attached boosts or free-bet benefits. If an interrupted or postponed match does not resume within 48 hours of its scheduled time, bets are generally cancelled unless the market was already decided.

• Published decimal odds range from 1.01 to 1,000.
• Roobet states that settled or cashed-out funds are due within 24 hours, subject to delays outside its control.
• Players must raise sportsbook disputes within seven days.
• For a dead heat, the stake is divided by the number of tied winners before settlement.

Responsible gambling controls

Roobet publishes wager, net-loss and deposit limits for rolling periods of 24 hours, seven days and 30 days. A player may have up to three active limits. Once a limit is reached, the relevant deposit or wagering action stays blocked until the period resets or removal takes effect.

Self-exclusion begins with a mandatory 24-hour wagering cooldown and can cover Casino, Sportsbook or the whole account. Current guidance lists terms from one day to one year, as well as permanent exclusion. Older, broader policy wording described terms of up to five years. Confirm the available fixed-term options in the account.

A restriction on one product may leave the other product available. Full-site exclusion blocks login, while permanent full-site exclusion also removes access to unclaimed Vault rewards and promotions. An exclusion cannot be reversed during its term, and current guidance calls permanent exclusion irreversible.

Roobet describes its platform as responsive in Android and iOS browsers. The main navigation does not show an official native app or separate download. The later review did not include a physical-phone or device-emulated session, so it did not capture touch targets, cashier access, game launches or the chat layout.

The public wager table lists the game, time, currency, stake, multiplier and payout. Some users appear as Hidden. Raffle rules and crediting deadlines provide more detail, but none of these surfaces proves reserves or confirms that every displayed payout was successfully withdrawn.

Final verdict

Roobet combines casino and sportsbook sections, but its headline catalogue figures need context. The 7,316 provider assignments are not a unique-slot count, and the 115 loaded live routes are not the entire live lobby. Before depositing, confirm eligibility, the final cashier quote, the 1x deposit-turnover rule, current reward expiry and the terms of any specific offer. Treat VIP benefits and reward values as discretionary, not guaranteed.
